OMG! I've waited my whole life to fly business! I remember my first flight with my dad back when I was 12 years old, not only was I fascinated by aviation but I always wondered what it was life to fly in the exclusive business class cabin!
Well today the wait was finally over and this is my journey from Dublin to Toronto on Aer Lingus's (kinda) new Business Class!
For this journey I paid €550 in cash for an economy class ticket and used 35,000 avios to upgrade to business class!
Needless to say, the experience was amazing and life changing. I already feel like I can't go back to economy but alas, I'm heading to NYC in a couple of months in economy so that'll be my reality check.
VERDICT: Aer Lingus Business Class is amazing for such a small European Airline! The food and service on board was exactly as you'd hope it would be and reflects the very essence of great Irish hospitality!
